i-Invoice+ is an app for your business. It has everything for invoicing customers, sending reminder notices and receipts upon payments. This is not just it but it can be your business management app where you can manage the business, services, customers and invoices.

i-invoice + has five tabs- dashboard, business, customers, invoices and preferences.

Dashboard Tab: 
This tab gives you the yearly view of your business in a calendar year viz. total sales, total customers, top 10 customers, customer owing, quarterly sales and a graph view showing the sales trend.(see screen shot)

The default year is a current year but you can always go back and review the last calendar years results.

Business Tab:
- Add/Update/Delete your business details
- Add/Update/Delete services and rates

Customers Tab:
- Add/Update/Delete customers
- Associate customers with your business services
- Raise invoice for the selected customer.
- Delete unwanted/faulty invoices.
- Disply customer specific invoices.

Invoices Tab:
- Raise invoice by selecting customer.
- Invoices view includes three views (All, Unpaid, Paid)
- Delete unwanted/faulty invoices.
- Add invoice - charge and un-charge service, calculation of amount payable based on the preferences and selections.
- Send invoice to customer via email
- Edit Invoice, add discount.
- Update Due date, add late fee for Overdue invoices.
- Send Reminder Notice with the updated due date.
- Update for receipt along with send receipt email to customer

Preferences Tab:
- Setting for Currency (AU$, US$ etc.)
- Setting for GST in Invoice
- Setting for include late payment fee note in the invoice.
- Setting for include the bank details in the invoice.
- Provision to add and update the Bank Details
- Simple and Advanced Invoice templates for selection.
